www.boomer-living.com is a terrific website for Baby Boomers.  Its content is consistently among the best Boomer-directed websites on the 'Net. 

Here's a recent article on the site, "Habits of Highly Fit People." The author, Fernando Paredes, lists seven important habits for getting--and staying--fit.

Here's Habit #1:  "Fit people DON'T BUY JUNK."  According to Paredes, fit people know that "if they keep junk food in the house, it will land on their waist sooner or later."
